PETALUMA, Calif. (KGO) -- With nearly 3 million owners of top loading Samsung washing machines being notified about a recall right now, undoubtedly there are lots of questions.

When a Bay Area couple learned about the recall, they immediately jumped on the phone to Samsung, but getting answers proved frustrating.
