MENLO PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- Facebook is looking to take over the music world.
The company is in discussions with major record labels to get licensing deals to place music videos on users' feeds.
The talks appear to be in the early stage, but the videos could begin rolling out in a test phase before the end of the year.
The ultimate goal is to challenge YouTube's dominance in online videos.
