Crisis negotiators finally talked Prunedale resident Kyle Lewis down around 1 p.m. Thursday.

He was on the train tracks near North 1st Street and Component Drive around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. The train stopped for him and that's when he somehow climbed up there.

Crisis negotiators in a cherry picker eventually lured him down with a bag of potato chips.
Lewis, at one point, yelled out that he wanted to mess with everyone's commute.
