I-580 reopened in Oakland after RV crash

OAKLAND, Calif. -- I-580 lanes in Oakland have reopened after a crash involving a trailer early Monday morning, according to the CHP.

The CHP said the collision was first reported at 5:08 a.m. just east of Seminary Avenue. The trailer was completely destroyed and debris from it was blocking lanes.
