PITTSBURG, Calif. (KGO) -- Several lanes of eastbound CA-4 at Bailey Rd. in Pittsburg were closed Saturday morning after a tractor trailer overturned and 80,000 pounds of material spilled on the roadway, CHP said.

At first, CHP believed the spilled substance was coal, but later learned it's petroleum coke, which is not considered dangerous.

All lanes of CA-4 have reopened, 511 Bay Area says.
