The California Highway Patrol responded this morning to a vehicle fire near the Bay Bridge toll plaza.
The fire was reported at 8:17 a.m. and caused lane closures as crews responded, according to the CHP.
First responders cleared the scene at 8:48 a.m.

The driver of the truck was injured in the incident and has been taken into custody. There were no other reported injuries, according to the CHP.
The CHP hasn't said how the fire started, but witnesses say the man was dancing around with a can of gasoline, laughing and taunting firefighters
U.S. Department of Homeland Security officers happened to be in the area and assisted at the scene, according to the CHP.
