A storm brought much-needed rain to the Bay Area, but also toppled trees and caused car accidents in parts of the region.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Heavy rain fell in the North Bay on Sunday making driving a challenge.

The storm brought much-needed rain to the Bay Area, but it also toppled trees and caused car accidents in parts of the region.

The storm also made a mess in the Oakland Hills, where a mudslide came down across PineHurst Road near the Contra Costa County Border.
