Upstate New York woman trapped inside house due to heavy snowfall

LORRAINE, New York -- Firefighters were called to the home of a woman in Upstate New York who got so much snow, she could not get out of her house.

Volunteer firefighters in Lorraine were urging people to check in on their neighbors.

Parts of Western New York have seen more than five feet of snow since Christmas.
