Airline makes holidays brighter for small town in Dominican Republic

WestJet Airlines is a small Canadian air carrier with a big heart. It has, once again, made the holidays brighter for a small and deserving town -- this time in the Dominican Republic.

This video, posted by the airline on YouTube, shows a blue sleigh was set up with a video screen so kids and adults alike could tell Santa their Christmas wishes.

The kids requests were simple -- a doll, a skateboard, a bike. The adults were practical, asking for a washing machine, a crib, even a horse for a broken down carriage.

The next day the townspeople were treated to a holiday party, complete with real snow.

Then one by one, the presents were brought in. Each Christmas wish was granted, even the horse for the broken down carriage.

There was also one last gift -- a brand new playground for the kids.
