The Marvel Cinematic Universe is about to get a little more magical, thanks to Doctor Stephen Strange.

The trailer for Doctor Strange premiered Tuesday night. The film follows neurosurgeon Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), who is introduced to the world of magic and parallel dimensions after his hands are ruined in a car accident.

"Can I offer you some advice?" he's told. "Forget everything that you think you know."

Marvel released a teaser poster along with the new trailer.

The film also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton and more.

The trailer premiered as part of Jimmy Kimmel Live's Marvel Week. He's also hosting stars from Captain America: Civil War, which hits theaters on May 6. Team Cap was on the show Monday and Team Iron Man will be on the show Wednesday.

Dr. Strange will hit theaters on Nov. 4, 2016.
