Family friends of local Vegas shooting victim launch fundraiser for victims family

NOVATO, Calif. (KGO) -- Family friends are helping the children of the Novato woman killed in the Las Vegas shooting.

Stacee Etcheber died in last month's mass shooting. She's survived by her husband, a San Francisco police officer, and two kids.

The Marin IJ reports that a family friend is selling t-shirts to fund the children's sporting activities.

The fundraiser has collected about $800 so far.
