Car fire spreads into brush in San Jose under investigation

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Firefighters in San Jose are investigating what caused this car fire on Sierra Road.

It was spotted around 4:00 a.m. Sunday.

Firefighters say flames quickly spread from the car to the brush on the side of the road.

2 acres were destroyed by the flames before crews were able to get it under control.

Investigators say they are looking for whoever left the car there.
