Delivery truck bursts into flames at Safeway in San Rafael

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (KGO) -- A delivery truck burst into flames at a Safeway store in San Rafael.

It happened at the Safeway on Las Gallinas Avenue around 11:30 Monday night. The store is open 24-hours. Fire crews credit store employees with calling 911 and evacuating the store quickly. Smoke did make it inside the store, but firefighters stopped the flames at the loading dock.
