GUERNEVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- A health center in Guerneville is damaged after a fire ripped through the building. The fire started just before 2:30 a.m. at the Russian River Health Center.
Firefighters arrived to see flames bursting through the front of the center and coming out of the elevator shaft.
Fire officials say there is extensive damage that will cost at least $500,000 to fix.
Fortunately, they were able to save some computers and medicine supplies.
There is no word yet on any injuries.
