SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The trial hasn't started yet, but attorneys are already battling over a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Saratoga High School student, Audrie Pott.

Lawyers for two teenagers who sexually assaulted Pott and shared photos of her, want the trial moved out of San Jose.

Her parents blame the incident for Pott's suicide, a short time later.

Defense attorneys are also asking that the courtroom be closed to the public.

The judge has not ruled on the requests. The trial is set to begin on Monday.
