Man stabbed on Muni bus near West Portal station

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco police are looking for a suspect after a man was stabbed in the leg on a Muni bus near West Portal station.

Emergency crews took a man to the hospital after he was stabbed in the leg on a Muni bus.

Police say it happened just before 4 a.m. while the bus was stopped at the West Portal Station. The suspect is described as a Filipino man in his 40s.

The victim is expected to recover.
