North Bay taxi driver arrested on sexual assault charges

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KGO) -- A taxi driver in the North Bay is facing sexual assault charges.

The CHP today arrested Mehari Tekle in Santa Rosa and released video of him.

Officers say he assaulted the woman back in December, when he was driving her home from Graton casino.

The CHP says the woman was drunk and unable to give consent. Interviews, video evidence, and DNA led to the arrest.
