PHOTOS: Procession, memorial for fallen Hayward Sgt. Scott Lunger

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- A procession and memorial are being held for Hayward Police Sergeant Scott Lunger. Gov. Jerry Brown and law enforcement officers from across the country are expected to attend the memorial at Oracle Arena in Oakland. The 15-year veteran of the force was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop on July 22, 2015.
