It was an emotional day as the court was packed with victims' family members and friends.

"I want to stare him down. I want him to feel something," Lisa Zhao, cousin of one of the victims, said.
Zhao believes the accused killer, Barry White, has no remorse. To her he's just a cold blooded murderer.
"He has no feeling for human being. He has no feeling for anybody. That's all I can see," Zhao said.
White is accused of brutally murdering two jewelry store clerks and critically injuring the owner.
On July 12th, 2013 prosecutors say white was in the jewelry mart on Brannan Street and had an argument with store owner Victor Hung over the price of a necklace he had recently purchased.
He allegedly shot Hung and worker Lina Lim and slit the throat of another employee, Khin Min before going back to slash Lim's throat.
Hung fought back and survived with critical injuries. White fired at police outside the jewelry mart before he surrendered.
The prosecutor showed the violent horrific security video inside the store. The screams and cries of the victims as they were being stabbed and shot could be heard on the video.
Family members in court broke down.
"I feel the knife cutting on her throat. That's why I was really shocked. And I heard the bullet and I feel her fear," Ning Zhao, Lim's brother, said.
Ning says that no matter the verdict, it's never going to bring his sister back, and will never heal the wounds from her death.
