Shooting prompts closure of westbound lanes on I-80 in Pinole

PINOLE, Calif. (KGO) -- A shooting prompted the closure of westbound lanes on Interstate 80 near Appian Way in Pinole this evening.

Officials said one person was injured and is currently at a nearby hospital.

Two westbound lanes remain closed on Interstate 80 near the Appian Way exit.
