Some Central California residents solely rely on water deliveries due to drought

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- Some residents in Central California are getting their water needs met solely by deliveries.[br /][br /]Hundreds of homes in Porterville have gone nearly two years without water in their wells, which is normally supplied by runoff from the mountains.[br /][br /][b][url HREF="http://abc7ne.ws/1C9lzgT" TARGET="" REL=""]VIDEO: Gov.
