REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- Three kittens are safe Tuesday after being rescued from inside a boom lift.
People in Redwood City heard them crying out for help.
An animal rescue officer crawled underneath the machine and used a portable inspection camera to spot three kittens.
She pulled them free one by one. They were dehydrated, but otherwise in good shape.
It appears the kittens were in the vehicle for several days. They'll be cared for at the Peninsula Humane Society SPCA until they're ready for adoption.
