SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Energy ministers and policy makers from around the world gathered Wednesday in San Francisco to discuss climate change.
The fovernors of California, Oregon and Washington signed an agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions on day one of the seventh Clean Energy Ministerial meeting.
