Dyslexia

You may not know this stunning statistic... one in five kids has dyslexia, which is a brain processing disorder that makes it hard for them to read.

Just in California, there are more than six million children in school, so 20% means more than 1.2 million students with dyslexia. Many of those cases have gone undiagnosed, but a new law is aimed at changing that situation.

Today's powerful show shares the stories of people who live with dyslexia and the movement led by families, educators, and experts concerned with the limited access to educational interventions for the disorder.
