You've heard of Botox. But what about Bro-tox?

A new report says more men are turning to cosmetic fillers to shave a few years off their looks.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, more than 385,000 men in the U.S. got Botox injections last year. That's a 310 percent increase from 10 years ago.

Dermatologists say there are a number of reasons why more men are turning to Bro-tox.

Some hope a younger look will help them get a promotion or a new job. According to the AARP Public Policy Institute, two-thirds of workers between the ages of 45 and 74 say they have seen or experienced age discrimination on the job.

Others say their significant others encouraged them to do it.
