Protesters descend on Richmond jail chanting 'abolish ICE'
A crowd of demonstrators from around the Bay Area converged on the jail -- which is used to house detained immigrants.

RICHMOND, Calif. (KGO) -- Chants of "Abolish ICE" echoed through the halls of the West County Detention Facility in Richmond.

A crowd of demonstrators from around the Bay Area converged on the jail -- which is used to house detained immigrants.

The protestors accused Immigration and Customs Enforcement of cruel and inhumane treatment - and lashed out at the Trump administration's policy of separating children from their parents.
