DALLAS -- A woman battling cancer won't let it keep her from having fun.

While going through chemotherapy, Ana-Alecia Ayala decided to have a dance party with her friend Danielle Andrus.

The two danced to "Juju on That Beat" by Zay Hilfigerrr and Zayion McCall.

The video, posted to Facebook and Instagram, has gone viral. As of Friday morning, more than 6 million people had viewed it on Facebook.

Ayala was diagnosed with a rare uterine sarcoma in December and was undergoing her fourth round of four-day inpatient chemotherapy at Baylor T. Boone Pickens Cancer Hospital in Dallas for a new tumor that was found on her spleen in July.

Ayala and Andrus have recorded a number of dancing videos to help keep their spirits up.

"We want to show the world that dancing and laughter is the BEST medicine," Ayala wrote on her Instagram post. "Who says cancer and chemo have to get get [sic] you down? We'll have the last laugh!! "
