Artist creates awesome LeBron James, Stephen Curry portraits ... out of salt

A cool portrait of an NBA star is great, but it's Rob "The Original" Ferrel's medium of choice that sets his creations apart. The artist recreated Stephen Curry and LeBron James with salt -- table salt, to be exact.

This isn't Ferrel's first rodeo with nontraditional art; he also does exquisite hair carvings.

Some of his most well-known products include an intricate Johnny Manziel haircut during the former Texas A&M star's Heisman campaign, and a popular Tony Parker cut during the San Antonio Spurs' 2012 playoff run.
