Cal center Kameron Rooks to miss 4 to 6 weeks with knee injury

BERKELEY, Calif. -- California center Kameron Rooks will miss four to six weeks after undergoing surgery on his injured left knee.

Cal said Rooks had the operation on Wednesday to repair several areas of damage to the knee. Rooks got hurt on Friday night against Wyoming.

Rooks was averaging 6.5 points and 6.8 rebounds per game before the injury.
