Dukefreshman center Jahlil Okaforwill not play Saturday against Clemson due to an ankle injury, the school announced about an hour before tipoff.
Okafor's absence leaves the fourth-ranked Blue Devils with only seven scholarship players for the game.
Okafor had been wearing a walking boot to keep weight off the injury suffered during Wednesday night's 92-90 overtime win over North Carolina.
Okafor went down with a left ankle injury Wednesday after landing awkwardly on a hook shot.
Okafor, who finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds, briefly went into the hallway but was back on the floor with 45 seconds left before the break. He said he got the ankle retaped at halftime, and he played all 25 minutes in the second half and OT.
Okafor has scored in double figures in all 26 games he's played and leads the team with averages of 17.2 points, 10 rebounds and a .633 shooting percentage.
