Poll: Is Anquan Boldin a Hall of Famer?

Anquan Boldin announced his retirement on Monday after a 14-season NFL career.

Boldin signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills to attempt to continue his career but decided to call it quits to focus on his humanitarian work. Now that he's retired, it's time to ask the question: Is Boldin a Hall of Famer? Vote now in the poll below:

As it stands, Boldin has quite the résumé. He ranks ninth in NFL history with 1,076 receptions and 14th with 13,779 yards. He won Super Bowl XLVII with the Baltimore Ravens, racking up 380 receiving yards and four touchdowns over that postseason. In 2003, Boldin set the rookie record for catches with 101 and had 217 receiving yards in his first game, a record for a debut that still stands. He was a model of consistency, putting together 14 straight seasons with 50 or more receptions, the second-longest streak in NFL history behind that of Tony Gonzalez (16). Boldin also received the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award in 2015.

However, Terrell Owens -- who ranks one spot above Boldin on the career receptions list -- still has not heard his name called in Canton. Nor has Isaac Bruce, the next Hall of Fame-eligible player on the list, who ranks 13th.

While Boldin has convincing career numbers, he was named to the Pro Bowl only three times and never made an All-Pro team, two factors that could weigh against him in his candidacy for enshrinement.
