MILWAUKEE -- The Golden State Warriors held Stephen Curry out of Friday's 108-94 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Curry, a two-time league MVP, missed his second consecutive game with a right ankle sprain he suffered in shootaround on Wednesday.

Speaking before Friday's game, head coach Steve Kerr said Curry "lobbied" to play but that the team decided he wasn't quite ready.

The Warriors are just viewing this as a cautionary measure, and Kerr said Curry is questionable to return Saturday against the Toronto Raptors.

Curry was sidelined for 11 games last month with the same injury.
