Tom Brady's father wants Patriots to score 60 points vs. Colts

INDIANAPOLIS -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady deflected questions about added motivation for Sunday's game against the Colts, but his father addressed them head-on.

"The main thing I want is to see them win. As long as they have one point more than the Colts, I'm fine," Tom Brady Sr. told The New York Daily News. "That being said, I'd like to see them put 60 points on the board, and love to see Tom throw for 500 yards and eight touchdowns.

"That's me dreaming. That kind of comes from me."

Those feelings are probably shared by many other Patriots fans after the Colts informed the NFL about their concerns regarding the inflation level of the Patriots' footballs before last season's AFC Championship Game, which sparked Deflategate.

On Wednesday, during Tom Brady's weekly news conference, he downplayed the idea of revenge against the Colts.

"I'm always pretty motivated," he said. "It'll be an exciting game. I know they've got a good team. They've won three straight. It's going to take a great effort to beat them."
