San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker left Game 6 of the Western Conference finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder with soreness in his left ankle, and did not return to play in the second half.
Parker, who entered the game leading the Spurs in postseason scoring with 17.8 points per game, played 19 minutes in the first half Saturday night and finished with eight points and two assists.
The Spurs trailed 49-44 at the half before winning 112-107 in overtime to advance to the NBA Finals.
