OAKLAND, Calif. -- Golden State Warriors general manager Bob Myers has added the title of president of basketball operations to his duties.

Entering his fifth season as GM, Myers built the roster led by two-time MVP Stephen Curry that won the 2015 NBA championship and was runner-up this past June to Cleveland after winning a regular-season record 73 games. He will report to owner and CEO Joe Lacob while overseeing the day-to-day basketball operations. Myers signed Kevin Durant this offseason.

Other promotions announced Tuesday were: Travis Schlenk to vice president of basketball operations and assistant general manager; Kirk Lacob to vice president of GSW Sports Ventures and assistant general manager; and Larry Harris to assistant general manager and director of player personnel.
