Real estate developer files lawsuit against Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg

PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is facing a lawsuit in a real estate dispute.

A developer is suing Zuckerberg after he bought four homes near his mansion in Palo Alto.

Our media partner, the Mercury News reports the billionaire made the move in an effort to block construction of a large home that would be near Zuckerberg's.

The developer claims in exchange for the right to buy the property, Zuckerberg promised to refer him business and never did.
