Tesla CEO builds buzz with Bay Area hyperloop plans

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Tesla CEO Elon Musk got the internet buzzing on Thursday by telling the world he's been given the green light to start building a hyperloop, which is a super-fast mode of transportation through a tunnel. Musk says the Bay Area is part of his plan.
