Traffic backs up on EB 92 due to accident, high winds

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- There is a traffic backup on the San Mateo Bridge due to an accident near Santa Clara Street in Hayward that was blocking two lanes. There is also a high wind advisory in effect also on the bridge.

All lanes have been reopened.
