ALAMEDA, Calif. (KGO) -- Commuters climbing on board the ferry Thursday morning still had Wednesday's rough ride fresh on their minds.

STORMWATCH: Napa County declares State of Emergency after storms

"It was really rocky. I didn't get seasick luckily, but it wasn't fun. I am hoping today won't be as bad," Sana Korimbocus said after a rough ride on Wednesday evening.

Cell phone video showed swells crashing into the ship. "It was like a 20-minute roller coaster ride with no seat belt," ferry rider Cecilia Williams said.

Officials cancelled some routes when it got too rough-and instead bused the passengers home.

They are looking into whether they will need to do that again tomorrow morning when the next storm rolls in.

But, some riders have already made up their mind about what to do. "Tomorrow, I am staying home. I'm not going to tempt the ferry," Sana said.
