Highlights from Oakland's Black Joy Parade celebrating community's history, culture

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Hundreds of people came out Sunday to celebrate Black History Month at the Black Joy Parade in Oakland.

The parade and celebration highlighted the Black experience and the community's contribution to history and culture.
