The victim is Asian, and his sister is concerned this could be racially motivated. She also requested we not use their names in this story.

She tells ABC7's Dion Lim that her brother found his job at Safeway through Ability Path, an organization which helps those with developmental disabilities.

He's now going to drive a rental car to get to work.
You can see the car is not salvageable.
Police told Dion Lim the case is under investigation.
A Redwood City Fire Department arson investigator says an accelerate was used to intentionally set the car on fire.
"At this time, there is no information to indicate that this incident was associated to a hate crime," police said.
Police released a photo of a suspect, who they say was last seen riding his bicycle southbound on Rolision Alley towards Marsh Rd. The crime occurred around 11 a.m. Saturday in the alley behind 3752 Rolison Road, according to police.
