VIDEO: London Breed speaks at SF Mayor Ed Lee memorial service

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco Supervisor and acting Mayor of San Francisco London Breed spoke Sunday at the memorial service for Mayor Ed Lee at San Francisco City Hall.

Breed remembered the late mayor as a "superstar" and "icon" for the community.
