Santa Clara Valley Water District questions mayor's lack of evacuations before San Jose floods

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The fallout continues Tuesday in San Jose weeks after devastating flooding.

In a letter sent to Mayor Sam Liccardo, the Santa Clara Valley Water District demanded to know why the city didn't evacuate endangered neighborhoods ahead of the floodwater.

The district says San Jose leaders had all the data and warnings they needed ahead of the flood.
