Artist creates comic strip to tell about his personal devastation from the fires

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KGO) -- Everyone copes with disaster in different ways.

Brian Fies is dealing with the fire that ravaged Santa Rosa the best way he knows how.

Fies created a comic strip of his overnight escape from the flames and his eventual return to see the devastation to his home and neighborhood.
