CHINO HILLS, Calif. (KGO) -- A store owner in Chino Hills is a little richer today after selling one of the three world record Powerball winning tickets.

State lottery officials presented Balbir Atwal with a $1 million check this morning outside his 7-Eleven store. Of course, that comes out less after taxes.

Atwal says he'll give some of the money to charity and share some with his employees. The big winners have yet to come forward.

In all, 12 people in California matched five of the six numbers; the rest are from Southern California.

Tickets that were also sold in Florida and Tennessee had all six numbers -- 4, 8, 19, 27, 34 and the Powerball number of 10.
