California lawmaker takes step to curb distracted walking

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- Not long ago, California lawmakers took aim at distracted driving - first with talking on the phone, then with texting behind the wheel. Now one Bay Area lawmaker plans to take the first step toward curbing "distracted walking."
