"Anaheim is very convenient, but more importantly, it's family friendly, it's safe. We have the sunshine, wonderful people and many things to do," says Castle Inn & Suites President Bharat Patel.

"So here in Anaheim, everyone's very friendly," says Desert Palm Hotel & Suites Sales Manager Julie Rosales. "And we do have 365 days of sunshine, so everyone's very friendly here."

"It's a big city with a very small-town heart," says Patel. "Everybody looks after each other, even the business owners. We all cooperate, and we're all here to work and enjoy and we all enjoy what we do."

Patel continues, "Our family has been in Anaheim for 50 years. We came in 1974 when my father bought the original Peter Pan motor Lodge, and since then, he's built and developed many properties, including the Castle Inn."

"We built this from scratch. We bought an existing hotel that my father demolished, and he built this up from the ground up. I grew up living at the Peter Pan motor Lodge, and my kids grew up living at the castle inn, so I haven't grown up yet."

John Wayne Airport, Santa Ana airport is about 20 minutes away, very easy to fly into, fly out of and get to.

Everything is walking distance, restaurants, shops, theaters, and there's such a wide variety. There's something here for everybody.
