Maybe after four years of college and late nights up studying for finals, landing a backflip is too much to expect from this graduate of Davenport University. His consolation: being one of the few students who truly (and maybe literally) leaves a mark on his educational institution.

After walking across the stage, Robert Blank launched into his acrobatic stunt. But he didn't flip fast enough, and landed face first on the stage, drawing a gasp from the audience.

Fortunately, he wasn't seriously hurt, and the graduation ceremony carried on.
