SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The posh Presidio Terrace Neighborhood in San Francisco will be a hot topic Tuesday.

Residents are furious someone bought their own private street two years ago without their knowledge.

For all they know, the new owners may start charging them to park there.

The board of supervisors will hold a hearing Tuesday on whether to rescind the controversial sale.

A San Jose couple bought the street for $90,000 at auction in 2015 after residents failed to pay property taxes of $14 a year.

Residents argue they never received a bill from the city.

They say the city sent its tax bill to an accountant who stopped representing them in the 1980's.
