SAN JOSE (KGO) -- Prosecutors have canceled Monday's arraignment on domestic violence charges against 49ers defensive end Ray McDonald.
It's the second time the Santa Clara County district attorney's office has canceled McDonald's arraignment hearing since he was arrested late last month after police reported visible injuries to his fiancee.
The district attorney's office sent a tweet saying the investigation into McDonald continues and there will be no new court date unless or until charges are filed.
He is scheduled to play in Sunday's game against the Eagles.
